    My husband was diagnosed with early onset Parkinson's disease at 57.his symptoms were shuffling of feet,slurred speech, low volume speech, degradation of hand writing, horrible driving skills, right arm held at 45 degree angle, things were tough for me, but now he finally free from the disease with the help of total cure ultimate health home, he now walks properly and all symptoms has reversed, he had trouble with balance especially at night, getting into the shower and exiting it is difficult,getting into bed is also another thing he finds impossible.we had to find a better solution for his condition which has really helped him a lot,the biggest helped we had was ultimatehealthhome they walked us through the proper steps,am highly recommended this ultimatehealthhome@gmail.com to anyone who needs help.

Day 22 On the road with Pops Ride

 Wow! I can't believe we are starting the last week of our ride. Alot of miles have been covered and a lot of beautiful scenery we have seen. We have had wonderful hosts along the way and I am so very grateful for each stop and the people we have met. I am so grateful for the opportunity to be here and to have this experience. I have never been away from my family for this much time and I miss them. I am anxious to see them this week. I am very grateful for the relationships I have developed with my road buddies of Pops Ride. Great men they are and they take great care of me. El Pour de Tucson!

Well, I have to report that we chose not to ride due to the tremendous amount of rain that we received on Thursday. Has we rode we would have been exposed to the wet roads, puddles, cold,etc. I was  able to be at the finish line when my friends came in, the cycling team from the Critical Path Institute,   .as we were able to get a group picture at the finish line. I appreciate Diane Stephenson for her never ending kindness to me.

Exercise

I am finding that I really enjoy exercising. I have never had a routine schedule of exercise, mainly due to the fact that I was always trying to balance my time with work, family, church, and everything else in between. I certainly am no couch potato and not out of shape, but recently my employer gave us the opportunity to get a gym membership at LA Fitness for a very good price, so I decided to take advantage of it, signed up early last month, and have found myself going regularly and I feel great about. I try to go 2-3 times a week. They open up at 05:00 in the morning so I try to get there between 5-5:30, start off with swimming and the go work out on some of the machines, trying to alternate my upper body some days, and my legs and lower body the others. Then on the mornings I don't go to the gym I am walking my neighborhood with our dog, Allie, who needs the exercise too.
